Laura attended her first yoga class in 2010 at a hot studio in Edmonton. Hating every second of it, she can't exactly recall what kept her coming back to her mat. It took Laura years of consistent practice to open up to the transformative power of connecting to the self through conscious breath and movement.
It is Laura's belief that 'the way we do one thing is the way we do everything.' She encourages students to reflect on how their yoga practice may mirror habits that arise elsewhere in life.
Completing her 200-Hr Teacher Training with Meghan Currie in 2014 and her YHot Teacher Training with YYOGA in 2019, Laura is humbled to share these healing practices and inspire others to discover all that yoga has to offer.
What should students expect from your class? An opportunity to tune into the body and breath new life into every nook and cranny.
