What can students expect from your class? I teach a mindful based practice, encouraging students to bring their focus inwards and be in the present moment. You can expect detailed and creative cueing, fluid transitions, juicy adjustments and compassionate guidance. I aim to provide a class that is accessible to all levels and provide options for every body in the room. Students will feel supported, encouraged & leave feeling relaxed with a greater sense of self-awareness.
