Krista teaches alignment based hatha and vinyasa, using breath and body to guide her students to deeper understandings of themselves with a sense of lightheartedness. With a degree in philosophy from the University of Toronto, and years of study in the art of yoga and meditation with a sprinkling of martial arts and dance, Krista is deeply committed to her practice and her teaching with a genuine thirst to discover truth, to create beauty through movement, and guide others in their own path.
