Kendra completed her 200 hour teaching training along with 120 hours of Yoga Nidra. She has an ability to create a welcoming space that will challenge your body and mind, while learning how to listen to your own body.
Kendra understands that everyone is built differently, and not every posture will look the same with each person. She holds space for people to show up however they are in that moment, and wants to continue to share her passion for movement.
