About Me
I took my first teacher training in 2002. The practice of movement with breath and meditation left me with a deeper connection and understanding of myself. I am 500-hour E-RYT certified. I have been deepening my practice whilst studying and teaching yoga full time in Vancouver. I am passionate about Running, reaching goals, and building community. I have created Running into yoga workshops, Retreats, and KMRunclub. I believe it’s a powerful way to connect like-minded people and help encourage each other to reach their personal goals.
