Kasia inspires her students to gain self knowledge through the practice of yoga, to find softness in challenging poses, while still making space for fun and lightness. She strives to create balance within the body and mind. In her class you will soften into your body through gentle yin postures, meditation and breathing exercises.
Kasia balances the yin practice with yang activities such as rockclimbing, hiking, acro yoga and snowboarding. She values health, artistic expression and a connection to nature.
