Jill has been a lifelong enthusiast of fitness and outdoor recreation. She is a graduate of SFU's certificate in Health & Fitness Studies, and holds a BEd with a physical education specialty. Athletic pursuits have included alpine ski racing, trail running, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling & mountain biking. Her current passion is iPhone photography and her Instagram account.
What should students expect from your class? Jill brings to class a terrible sense of humour and a classic rock/retro playlist. Students are offered instruction on form, pacing and pedalling technique, and to use cadence and perceived effort to monitor their workouts
