What can students expect from your class? My goal with every Yride class I teach is to create a fun, high-energy environment where participants feel empowered to challenge their own fitness limits and strive towards their individual goals. I love to see the giant smiles of accomplishment that they exude after good, hard workout. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I strive to motivate, educate and encourage all of my participants and help them channel their energy to improve their overall health, release the stress of the day and enjoy the company of others while “rocking out” to some great tunes.
