Janelle's fitness journey started with yoga over 10 years ago. Shortly after her 200 hour YTT with Erica Blitz & Rachel Scott at YYoga she moved to Thailand. That's where she found the joy in teaching yoga in her everyday life. Deepening her practice she came to move to Australia and that's where she spent two years exploring and studying yoga and trying new fitness activities such a Hiit, TRX, running and cycling. She loved finding that balance between the yin and yang activities to push her to her next level. She then moved to London and this is where she fell in love with indoor cycling. After being so inspired after every class by fellow co-worker, it soon became a goal of Janelle's to become a cycle teacher. With this co-workers guidance, coaching and push she was booked into a teacher training within weeks and continued to grow and learn with his mentorship long after the teacher training. She respects feedback and is always happy to put any music requests into her next ride class for you.
What can students expect from your class?
Great music that will want to make you sing along (which is encouraged) that includes progressive climbs and fast sprints that will challenge you and take you to the next level. My goal is to make you have so much fun you aren't checking the time or even realizing how hard you are working. You will leave sweaty and feeling rejuvenated, strong and even zen from such a energetic session.
