What should students expect from your class?

A challenging yet accessible practice, combined with a mindfully curated playlist to get out of your head and into your heart.

About Me

I fell in love with yoga while at University in Kingston, Ontario. At the time, there was one Ashtanga yoga studio in town, and I quickly made it my second home, practicing almost daily. Shortly after moving across the country to Vancouver, I took my 200 Hour Teacher Training at YYOGA, and was inspired to dive deeper into the movement and teaching world.

Yoga has always remained a beautiful compliment to the physical lifestyle of owning an organic gardening business, and continuously playing in the mountains. I started to explore other forms of movement practices, and since then expanded my teaching into strength resistance bands classes, cardio classes, and core classes. Pulling methodologies from all of these has allowed me to develop creative sequences with a strong emphasis on alignment, modifications, and progressions. I also find deep joy in moving to the beat of the music, and use myr playlists to enhance the class experience.
