Growing up Hayley was always interested in the health and sciences, however it wasn’t until she attended University that she began to notice the impact that fitness and nutrition had on living a happy, healthy and balanced life. Hayley began working at the University gym and obtained her personal training certification. She taught weekly group fitness classes and individually trained clients to support them in meeting their fitness goals. Today Hayley trains at multiple studios throughout the city of Toronto. She is also a registered holistic nutritionist specializing in health and wellness for the modern women.
