Hayley was first introduced to yoga at a young age as a warm up technique for acting and dance classes. Growing up in theatre and the arts, yoga was a natural extension for her. With a strong passion for movement and fitness Hayley fell in love with Astanga and many other forms of yoga. She received her 250hr yoga teachers certification from The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto. Over the years she has discovered the multi layered benefits of not only the physical yoga practice but the emotional and mental gifts a consistent practice can present. Hayley focuses on the why, body awareness, moving with ease, creativity and personal exploration. Every body is different, every day is different and every practice is different. Hayley is always open to change and adapting the yoga practice to fit individual needs.
