Claudia teaches hatha, yin and yin/yang yoga. She practiced with Sarah Powers whose teachings interweaves yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and Transpersonal psychology into an integral practice to discover and enliven the body, heart, and mind. Claudia loves the softness and surrender of yin yoga and integrate it with breath work and mindfulness. Claudia is active in the environmental and sustainability area and loves to run.
