My passion is helping people discover the abundant life they were created to live. One way that I’ve been able to pursue this passion is through my career as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor. Since 2003 I have been transforming bodies through customized fitness and nutrition programs.
Breath, core muscle engagement, and proper postural alignment are Pilates principles that I use in all of my programs and classes. I enjoy and promotes the core – strength and improved mobility that a regular Pilates practice offers.
Off the mat, I run an online business with my husband. Together we enjoy paddled boarding, hiking, and traveling. I can be recognized by my joy and positive perspective in all circumstances.
