Caileigh first started teaching group fitness classes when she was in university. After school she started working for the YMCA and continued to teach a variety of classes there. She loves the positive energy that can come from groups of people working out together. Also with so many different types of classes available she believes that there is a class out there for everyone. She strives to make her classes safe, effective, inclusive for all fitness levels and tons of fun!
