Brittany is devoted to endless practice, a curiosity to keep studying with a deep commitment to be of service for community. She is grateful to share the teachings in support of revealing more of the true Self with unwavering compassion through this hue-man experience. Through meditation + chanting Brittany experienced a new awakening, and began to truly hear the voice of her Soul. The practice of listening and realizing love is always present has helped her overcome eating disorders and substance addiction. She feels inspired to help others work through the negative blocks within the psyche, connect to their truth, share their gifts, and live more peacefully to elevate the collective.
Her classes extend from her heart and may include mantra, 8 limbed path philosophy, deity wisdom, body awareness, rhythmic movement, restoration, meditation, and nurturing compassion.
She is trained in Hatha, Kundalini, Holistic Nutrition, Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, and has learned from various workshops in pranayama, mantra, and meditation techniques. She has a dance background and loves to move freely. She offers workshops and 8 week yoga series in Vancouver. Brittany encourages a personal sadhana (spiritual practice) in addition to studio classes and can help the individual develop a platform to work with. She is grateful for life and all of her teachers on this continued path of healing. Sat Nam
