Ashley is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor trained in Hatha, Power/Flow, Prenatal, Yin, Restorative and Pain Care Yoga. No matter the style she is teaching, she offers guided meditation queues throughout class and moments to pause, reflect, and reignite the breath. She teaches with progression, which means that there are options for students of all levels, ages, and body types in her classes. Ashley encourages students to personalize their practice and therefore she uses trauma-sensitive language to create a space where everyone can listen to their own body's wisdom first and her suggestions second. She is also working on an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and therefore her classes emphasize strength, stability and injury prevention.
