Ariana’s fitness journey began back in 2012, after realizing she need to let go of the Party Girl lifestyle she’d been living the past 10 years. She turned her attention to fitness by trying new classes, taking up running, and learning how to use weights in the gym. Each small success gave her a hit of confidence, something she hadn’t felt in years.
Realizing nutrition was also a big piece of the puzzle, she began studying how different foods impacted the body and became fascinated by the fact that each person had unique dietary needs that would help them feel their best.
One year after committing to her sobriety, Ariana was a firm believer of the transformative power movement and nutritious foods can have on a person’s life. She began working towards her personal training certification while working full-time in hospitality, with the hope that she could help just one person experience the same level of transformation she did.
Through hard work, perseverance, and a deep belief that the work she was here to do was needed, Ariana was ultimately able to quit her job to focus on her business full-time. Over the last 5 years, she has built a successful coaching practice that helps women all over the world learn how to take better care of themselves.
A trained Life Coach, Nutrition Specialist, and 70.3-distance triathlete, Ariana knows how important it is to focus on all areas of health and wellness, and have fun while doing it! She aims to push her students just outside their comfort zones, while listening to and honouring where their bodies are at on that particular day. Her goal is to have everyone leaving a session feeling better than when they got there.
