Annik Paprika teaches YFit and YExpress. She has been teaching group fitness since back in the day in her Ontarian hometown in 2002. As like any industry, the fitness industry continuously grows with the times, as new and more advanced information comes to light. Annik kept seeking workshops and trainings she could take to become further educated within the industry to enable her to provide new efficient training methods within her classes.
