What should students expect from your class?

A safe space of exploration! A strong, mindful practice with some playful challenges, balanced with a focus on pranayama (breathwork).

About Me

I quickly fell in love with the practice of yoga and the safe space it provided me to tap into deeper expressions of myself. I dove deep into learning and traveled to Rishikesh, India in 2016 to fully embrace the history, philosophy and culture of this ancient practice. Here, I lived and breathed yoga for 2 months while acquiring my 200-hour hatha / vinyasa teacher training. Since then, I have gained additional certifications including; trauma-informed yoga, yin, as well as yoga for autism. It is my hope that students feel empowered to, laugh, cry, fall, find peace and transformation on their mats.
