Adriana started her yoga journey in 2009 after she completed her first Ironman. Coming to the mat started a whole new journey of movement followed by internal growth. Yoga strengthened her connection with her body, mind & spirit. Being a part of the Health and Wellness community for over 25 years, it also added to her philosophy of "the body is ment to move", so adding yoga to her other practices of physical movement was a bonus.
Adriana likes find time daily to move in some way. You can also find her spending time with her husband Reece, 2 daughters, Danae & Rielle and 2 dogs Max & Rooni in Port Moody where she lives.
What should students expect from your class? I will always welcome you where ever you are in your physical journey. Making you feel inclusive & welcome is important to how I lead my classes. Whether your a beginner or an intermediate come and join in. Students can expect clear direction, space & support. Good music and some fun & laughs is always in order.
