Nikki is a Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, Power Flow Yoga Instructor, as well as a certified Paddle Canada Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Instructor based in North Vancouver, BC. Nikki loves to sweat and believes in the power of fitness not only for physical health, but for mental and emotional health. She is happiest in the woods or on the water, and believes in the holistic benefits of an active lifestyle.
As a Fitness Professional, her primary mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals and create balance in their lives. She loves to work with people so they can feel their best; balancing fitness, wellness, nutrition, play and rest to achieve optimal health and wellness.
What should students expect from your class? A sweaty mix of high intensity intervals and progressive climbs that will challenge you, push you a little outside of your comfort zone, leaving you feeling energized and full of endorphins!
