The regular practice of Yoga has helped Annie face difficult challenges in her life, look deep inside and accept her perfectly imperfect self through self-love. She incorporates Yoga philosophy, storytelling and mindful hands-on adjustments to her classes. Her aim is to inspire her students to practice self-compassion, connect deeply with themselves and others, recognize their potential and let their inner beauty shine.
What should students expect from your class? In her classes, Annie provides a safe space for students to disconnect from life’s stressors and reconnect with their mind, body and emotions. Her classes include meditation, personalized alignment, healing hands-on adjustments, and breathwork.
