Join Ashley and her team of assistants for this transformational 2 hour aromatherapy yin yoga practice. Founded on the principles of stillness bridged with therapeutic adjustments, aromatherapy and meditative exploration, Ashley will guide you into a deeply relaxing, inspiring, and healing yin yoga practice. This workshop includes insights on how and why to use aromatherapy in your yoga practice, the benefits of aromatherapy yin yoga, and concludes with a delicious 75 minute practice. Poses are held anywhere from 4-10 minutes and manual, hands-on adjustments along with aromatherapy application are offered by the assistants to free the any restrictions in your body, mind, and spirit.
