So you've registered for the Workout To Conquer Cancer: 31 Day Challenge, now what? WELL, since you asked, we're trying to raise $10,000 as a community and we'd love for you to join our Fundraising Team!
I know, fundraising can feel pretty daunting, but it doesn't have to be! Truth is, there are so many ways to raise money that don't involve going door to door, and that can actually be lots of fun too!
Here's a list of 10 Creative Ways You Can Raise Funds For The Workout To Conquer Cancer: 31 Day Challenge!
1. Host An Office Bake Sale
Let's face it, who doesn't love treats?! Use your next free evening to bake up some sweets for the office and invite all departments to purchase a treat by donation.
2. Sell Your Old Clothes Online
Someone's trash is another person's treasure! And truth be told you haven't worn that jean jacket in months.
3. Self Pledge
You are a strong, independent person! Kick-start your donations by giving yourself that first boost!
4. Get Social!
Social Media is your best outlet for reaching out to family and friends in on fell swoop! Psst. Remember to include the link to your personal fundraising page in any email you send out!

5. Dog Walk!
Who doesn't love dogs? Ask for donations in exchange for long dog walks with your community's furry friends. Win, win! or Woof, woof!
6. Change Is Good!
Is your wallet feeling a little heavy? Off load some of those coins and combine them with the ones collecting dust on your dresser table or the ones hiding between your couch cushions. Roll them and exchange them for cash at the bank and put it towards your fundraising dollars!
7. Return your bottles!
Instead of filling up your blue bins, take your bottles to the return depot and get some dollas for your bottas. (That was a reach but you get what we mean.)
8. Host A Theme Party!
Host a murder mystery, paint night, or just a classic theme party and ask guests to bring donations instead of wine or appetizers.
9. Have A "Swear" Jar
Okay, so it doesn't have to be for swears but we all have something we say that we wish we could stop saying. For example, I say "like" way too often. Creating a jar for the office or at home where people can choose their phrase and others can keep them accountable will be sure to fill your donation cup in no time!
10. A Good Old Fashioned Lemonade Stand
Give those neighbourhood kids a run for their money with your own lemonade stand. Fancy them up with different flavours like rosemary and lavender for the adults and strawberry or peach for the kids!
We hope you find these tips useful (and at the very least funny) and are excited to have you as part of our team! Together we know that we can reach our goal! See you on the other side of 31 days!Join The Team
