About YFit: Improve your endurance, cardio and strength through this circuit training class. Use your own body weight and free weights to increase muscle mass and promote functional strength. Shoes required. About YSculpt: Use weights to push, pull, lunge, and squat your way to functional fitness with this low impact sequence that emphasizes core strength and conditioning.
About YExpress: Get the most out of your minutes! This fast and fun 45-minute session uses weights and props to increase your mobility and lean muscle mass. By combining targeted strength building exercises with core work and full body functional movement, you will improve your coordination, integration, and balance. Mat required, no shoes.
