Join Carolyn Budgell to explore how life can be an exercise in mindfulness. Enjoy simple meditations to help your nervous system and take home practical tools for centering. The only prerequisite for meditation is an eagerness to learn about the inner workings of the mind. Perfection is not required. Techniques will include various seated & reclined meditations, soothing breathwork practices, written exercises to clarify which types of mindfulness resonate most and creating commitments that will keep you meditating daily, in your own way.
Wear comfortable, light clothing. Please bring a notebook. All levels welcome.
