Learn several arm balances such as Crow or Bakasana, Koundinyasana A & B, Eka Pada Galavasana, Astavakrasana, and variations of postures such as Single Legged Crow and Dwi Pada Koundinyasana. Explore easeful transitions in and out of arm balances. Whether you are new to arm balancing or experienced in arm balancing, you will leave this workshop with new tools and techniques for a graceful yoga practice.
Deb Purcell is a mom to 5 life learning kids, student, and lover of Yoga. She first found yoga after her eldest was diagnosed with a rare and progressive disease. Yoga was a place to move, breathe, cry, process and let go, and also a place to PLAY. This is a foundational piece of Deb's teaching. To bring the joy, lightness, and freedom back into our lives, through yoga.
Expect yoga practice. Please bring a notebook. All levels welcome.
