Enliven your practice with playful backbending postures while energizing your spirit and opening your heart chakra. 

Bring more awareness and strength to the backline of your body and create needed space in the front line of your body. Tight chest muscles and weakened back muscles are a common imbalance leading to sore back and neck muscles, a weakened core, and stiff shoulders. Learn techniques to position your shoulders for optimal mobility and stability. 

Expect to practice yoga. Please bring a notebook. All levels welcome.
