Grab your runners and your mat! Join us for an energizing afternoon with Katherine Moore, our talented yoga teacher, and competitive runner, to discover how yoga can help improve your running. We’ll go for a 30-minute run followed by running drills and exercises to enhance your running efficiency and form. Then we’ll return to the studio and practice a yoga sequence designed for runners to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability. Chill with some refreshments afterward on our patio compliments of Freshii, Glory Juice, and Culture Craft Kombucha!
