Grouse Mountain and YYOGA are excited to bring back Peak Yoga for 2019. The series is the ultimate summer yoga experience at the Peak of Vancouver. Stretch in the sunshine after a hike up the Grouse Grind or arrive by Skyride as you relax, breathing in the mountaintop fresh air. Enjoy 60 minute complimentary* yoga classes led by fabulous YYOGA instructors, every Saturday morning from 10 - 11am.
The series will run each week from July 6th to August 31st [weather permitting] in the Plaza at the top of Grouse Mountain, outside the Chalet.
Whether you need a great post-Grind cooldown or would just love to experience a different yoga venue at one of the city's most spectacular locations, these classes are bound to enhance your physical well-being and kick-start your weekend. Yoga mats will be provided for the first 50 participants each week. We recommend arriving early as mats are in high demand!
