Educational, experiential, and interactive, this workshop gives you access to a toolkit of breath and body-based practices for effectively managing stress and anxiety in your daily life, off the mat! You will come away with a basic understanding of your own neurophysiology, how your brain and nervous system respond to stress, anxiety and trauma, and what it means to bring your system back into balance.

You’ll be guided through self-regulation practices to increase your embodied resiliency and help you feel calm, grounded, present, and. Bring a pen, notebook, and a mat. Includes an informative handout.
