Join YYOGA teacher trainer Mari Dickey for a series of four powerful and playfully sequenced yoga master classes.

Enjoy intelligent preparation and playful inquiry as students move towards complex peak poses such as handstand, forearm stand, twists and binds.

Challenge your boundaries, refine your alignment, and dissolve the barriers of what you think you are capable of.

Prerequisite: handstand prep at the wall, crow pose, no wrist/shoulder injuries.

Students will experience deep heart openers, challenging twists and binds, and intermediate arm balances and inversions to help students build the strength and flexibility needed to work smoothly through transitions and easily access peak poses. Incorporate arm balances and Inversions into your practice safely and seamlessly.

This workshops series will provide space and time for practice, questions and personalized feedback. Peak poses will include arm balances and transitions, forearm balances and handstands, back-bends, deep twists and variations.

Please bring a notebook and be prepared for all levels-intermediate yoga practice.

$200 full series, $60 per workshop
