Prerequisite: handstand prep at the wall, crow pose, no wrist/shoulder injuries.
Students will experience deep heart openers, challenging twists and binds, and intermediate arm balances and inversions to help students build the strength and flexibility needed to work smoothly through transitions and easily access peak poses. Incorporate arm balances and Inversions into your practice safely and seamlessly.
This workshops series will provide space and time for practice, questions and personalized feedback. Peak poses will include arm balances and transitions, forearm balances and handstands, back-bends, deep twists and variations.
Please bring a notebook and be prepared for all levels-intermediate yoga practice.
