In this workshop, you'll be guided through mindful movement, meditation, and self-reflection. You'll come away with a mindful self-compassion practice to carry you through the year with a sense of calmness, ease, and self-acceptance.

What if this New Year you released yourself from the pressure and expectations of resolutions, and instead committed to practicing kindness toward yourself? What would change in your life if you offered yourself compassion daily? In this workshop, you'll be guided through mindful movement, meditation, and self-reflection.
