Learn and feel how to develop the power in your core and the lightness in your body through ‘bandhas’ body locks: deep inner core and breath. Courageously get comfortable off the wall and on your hands in the centre of the room.
Find the balance between 'Sthira' stability and 'Sukha' ease so your arm balance and inversion practice can be strong, fluid and sustainable.
