In this intermediate workshop we will play with expanding our arm balancing practice , adding unique transitions and delving deeper into the powerful world of inversions. Take this opportunity to play upside down and to build strength, learn greater body awareness, focus and patience. Learn and feel how to develop the power in your core and the lightness in your body through bandhas (body energy containers) and breath. Find the balance between stability and freedom so your arm balance and inversion practice can be strong, fluid and sustainable.
Expect yoga practice. Please bring your mat and a notebook. All levels welcome.
