We are testing some new class styles! Check out Pilates Fusion with Resistance Bands, which will be in the new Fall schedules from 1 October 2019.

Using a resistance band, this style will improve your strength, flexibility and endurance. You will focus on core stability, alignment, and breath awareness to create long and lean muscles.
