Return of YHot + Other Safety Updates

Dear fam,

We are thrilled to add back high intensity styles, including YHot, Power and full impact YSculpt and Pilates to our schedules beginning Monday, July 5th.

Other changes that will take effect beginning July 5th include:


We ask that you wear your mask to your mat and upon exiting the studio after class, regardless of whether or not you have been fully vaccinated.

As per public health guidelines, masks are still recommended in public indoor settings for all people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated so we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to also wear their masks during practice. You’re fully vaccinated 14 days after dose 2.


We’ve added more spots and will continue to gradually increase capacity over time.


We’re working on a plan to gradually add back more amenities. For now, our existing health and safety standards will apply.

We do not yet have an update regarding saving our Northshore location; should that change, we will share with the highest of urgencies. To help, sign the petition and write to your mayor.
