As many of you know, in April we voluntarily filed with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“Notice of Intention”) pursuant to the provisions of Part III of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the “BIA”). This was the first step of many in a restructuring process that enabled YYOGA to strengthen its financial position and continue operating.
We are thrilled to share that the proposal recently received approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
We can now focus on the future, including rebuilding our community and business which is why this is a very important milestone for us; we are grateful we’ve made it here today.
Thank you for being with us along this journey and for your ongoing support.
