Rebecca first started practising yoga when she was 8 years old, thanks to a Lotte Berk book and a rather large bedroom. In 2007 she found a teacher who introduced her to a wider, more encompassing practise, using meditation and pranayama as well as asana, focusing more on internal benefits rather than external aesthetics - greatly welcomed by someone with such tight hamstrings! She especially enjoys Yin, Restorative and Kids yoga and meditation.
As well as being a yoga enthusiast she is a Reiki practitioner, an environmental scientist, a health care technologist, a runner, a recorder player, a traveler and a tea drinker.
