A fun creative class that uses the power of breath to initiate movement, deepening flow, cultivating self expression.

About Me

I have been teaching various movement modalities since completing a three-year contemporary dance teacher training program at MainDance in 2006. Since then I have been certified as a Pilates Mat, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and Vinyasa Yoga instructor. I am also a Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis Pre-Trainer offering the first level of teacher training. Vinyasa Yoga has been my most recent certification in 2016. I enjoy drawing from my varied movement backgrounds offering a unique approach to Yoga. I also completed a two-year Cinematography program at Capilano College in 2009 where I combined my love of movement and film. My dance films have been screened both locally and abroad. I attended my first Vipassana course in 2017 which is key to my mind body practice. It brings me immense joy supporting others feel at home in their bodies and sharing the art of movement.
