Johanna Ward spends most of her time sweaty and smiling! She has been teaching group fitness classes for twenty years and she says it is still the best part of her day. A CanFitPro Top 3 2016 Fitness Instructor Specialist of the Year, Johanna is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Fitness Trainer and a self-proclaimed posture nerd.
