What can students expect from your class? One of my goals is to help students find their own sense of balance (which is always shifting) and to recognize how freeing it is to live from a space of BEING, of being fully present to life.Students can expect to be challenged: physically, mentally and emotionally, to learn something new about their bodies, to be playful and have fun, to be mindful and respectful of what each moment has to offer, to find the strength within themselves while remaining open hearted, and to open to new possibilities.
