From an early age, Jeremy has been highly interested in movement. From playing competitive soccer to taekwondo and then heading into university to study Human Kinetics Exercise Science, Jeremy combines practical knowledge with fun, engaging ways to move your body, strengthening muscles you sometimes didn't know you had, all the while having fun doing it. Jeremy believes while being challenged in any movement or static exercise, you should never be serious on yourself! Jeremy has been teaching the art of movement for the past 3 years, gaining his certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Olympic lifting, Coaching, HIIT format, and Cycling.
