Irina started practicing yoga back in 2009 and feel in love with it right away because of all the benefits she saw the practice was giving her. She quickly become a huge advocate of the practice and eventually started teaching it to others. Yoga was the awakening that led Irina down the path of overall movement, mindfulness and good nutrition and today she not only teaches yoga, but also fitness classes and private training sessions. Her greatest mission is to make people healthy; both physically and also psychologically.
