With a childhood background in dance, I love to weave postures together creatively with a variance of pace and individual expression. Yoga found me nearly 15 years ago on the North Shore; since then I added Pilates and Power to my repertoire. With a strong focus on core integration and breath, my goal is to fortify your body and soothe your mind by leaving you wrung out in the best possible way. I love yoga’s capacity to build an awareness that evolves over time: months, years, a lifespan. This awareness can teach us not only how to fly on our hands; it also teaches us about honesty, integrity and love.
