On a journey to find happiness and wholeness, Candice ignited a love of yoga and fitness. After her first yoga class, she became a dedicated practitioner. Her yoga journey has evolved through practicing hot yoga, vinyasa, hatha and yin. A love of moving and expressing lead to exploring other modalities like spin and mat pilates. Candice is a life-long student who is passionate about empowering others. When she is not in the yoga or spin room she loves reading, dancing, kirtan, and being in nature.
What should students expect from your class? My classes are inspired by connection and balance. We will work on connecting with ourselves and the present moment through breath, mantra and movement. I love to use inspiring music and sequences that honour yin and yang energies to take us on a journey inside of ourselves while on our mats. In YRide we will bring the awareness from yoga into the spin room and combine it with empowering and upbeat music so you leave class feeling energized!
