Brooke loves to help you find your love of movement in whatever form that may take. Creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere is most important, and within that facilitating an experience appropriate for every individual in their fitness journey and to meet their fitness goals. Brooke's goal is to help you feel accomplished and proud of yourself at the end of each class, and to smile often while we sweat together.
What should students expect from your class? A sweaty ride that meets your desired level of challenge, with modifications to suit you as an individual. We'll share a few laughs along the way. If we're not having some fun in our journey, we're not doing it right.
