Her aim is to inspire students to practice self-compassion, connect deeply with themselves, recognize their potential and let their inner beauty shine. What should students expect from your class? In her classes, Annie provides a safe space for students to disconnect from life's stressors and reconnect with their mind and body. Her classes include meditation, breathwork, personalized alignment, experimentation and hands-on adjustments.
