YYOGA is a network of yoga studio and lifestyle studios committed to creating happier, healthier people connected to themselves and others. We are the largest corporately owned yoga company in Canada and currently operate twelve studios with over 900 classes a week.
We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, yoga, and building community to join our Guest Experience Team at the following locations: Northshore Elements, Park Royal, Downtown Flow, Yaletown, Kitsilano, South Granville, West Sixth and Richmond Oval.
The Guest Experience Team Member is responsible for delivering the YYOGA guest service philosophy of Invite, Engage, Expand to all YYOGA guests both in studio and over the telephone, during their scheduled shifts. They will provide a consistently high level of customer service by focusing on each guest’s individual needs, proactively anticipating areas of concern and facilitating the smooth coordination of daily operations. In this way, they will ensure that their YYOGA Studio exceeds our guest’s expectations and delivers an amazing experience every time.
